Unfortunately F3 Two Up Two Down has needed to withdraw from the exhibition, we have done a bit of a shuffle and added an extra Children's 'U' Drive, the updated and hopefully correct listing will be posted in a day or so, apologies for any inconvenience/confusion.

Graham,

Thanks for the great photos photo 2408 was Barry & Rosemary Wakefield with a considerable second hand N scale collection.

Photos 2374/2375/2376 are Kerry Rasmussen's Resolute Mine, On9 (O Scale on 9mm track), first time shown.

As for photo 2426 and your comment, my sincere apologies, but it is hard to get through to many exhibitors that the exhibition 'closes' at 4pm on Sunday, not have to be out by 4pm, we did have some disappointed people that came in at various times Sunday afternoon that were deprived of seeing the whole Expo, in fact we did not charge anyone in the last hour due to the vacant areas.

This is a problem that I would say is not exclusive to us, it is something we will be working very hard to overcome for next year, otherwise people won't return and an exhibition will not be feasible.

Ted,

Regarding exhibitors leaving early, maybe don't pay them until after closing.  If they have already gone mail out their payment, and deduct $10 per minute of early departure.  Twisted Evil

Happy exhibiting,

John,

The exhibitors for the most part are not the problem, some trade and second hand stalls left early and even our own members in some instances jumped the gun once they saw empty spaces, it then becomes a domino effect, I hold concerns for peoples property and safety with regard to the finish time of the exhibition, it is a situation we will be looking into, some exhibitors and traders conveyed the same concerns.

Thanks all for a good day out, even my non-modelling friends enjoyed the show.
Went to thank you personally for doing those 7mm decals for me Ted, but told you were out of the building at the time.
