Came in today to complete a drug screening for a school program I’ve been accepted to. The process was super easy and pleasant. The receptionist was very nice and clear on how to complete the paperwork. The EMT, Ashley, was kind and understanding when my bladder refused to listen to me on my first attempt. Overall, it was a good convenient experience and I would definitely come back here for care.

Came in for pre employment drug screening and immediately Daisy at the desk made me feel welcome and very comfortable to be there. The wait time was short and the staff was very friendly and I genuinely felt they wanted me there. I was thinking about asking Daisy out but I saw a ring on her finger and my heart broke. I wander if they treat that too. 🤔

2nd time there this year. Great response. Made appointment on line. Worked great! Felt I was listened to and was cared for by every staff member. Bathroom for cultures was not the most tidy, (pubic hair on back of toilet and seat.) and didn't like to have to wash my hands outside the toilet room. I was not there for a drug test. Overall experience was nice considering i wasn't feeling well.

My first time at this next care I went for a drug test and a TB test for pre-employment I did have to wait but it wasn't so long that it irritated me once I got in the doctor was very friendly and easy-going front office staff was nice and very helpful if I ever needed to go to an urgent care for medical help I would choose this facility it's close to home open 24 hours staff is friendly

I couldn't give them 5 stars for wait time because that would mean it was perfect, (there wasn't a wait). However, the wait wasn't long at all!!!The same with quality of care, I was in for random employee drug screen so wasn't much care that had to be given. No matter the situation or reason for visit, I've used this place several time for different reasons and never had anything to complain about. The staff are very friendly!

I was required to get a Covid test before going back to work. The process was easy and the staff was friendly. Processes were explained well.There was not an option upon check in that this was required by my work for return unless it was a physical, drug test, or work injury. I was wondering how this would affect my billing? Thanks for the great care.

I go by PhysicianOne Urgent Care once a week, and luckily have never had a need for their services. Having to do a drug test for work, they were the closest approved location so I said “let’s give them a shot”. I can only say good things about the experience. The staff was kind and very professional. Given the fact that I was a walk in, the wait time was very good as well. Would definitely recommend to others. 5 stars!

My visit was for an employment drug screening. The two ladies at the front were awesome. They were both knowledgeable, considerate, patient and kind. They greeted/acknowledged every single person that entered the facility and made us feel welcome. The lady who helped me after being called back was the same! It is evident that all three of these ladies take pride in their work and the service that they provide for their patients! In a world where every thing currently seems so dark, these ladies were rays of sunshine! Kudos to each of them!

It was good; however when I was checking in I could not remember the word recoverytrek when I did the girls up front said in a loud voice “oh your here for a drug test!!” And then laughed. I recommend that they understand that they consider that patient might not want everyone to know what they are there for. I don’t want the girls to get in trouble just a good teaching point. No harm no foul on my end.

This was my first trip to this location. It was for a drug screening for employment. I did have to wait for about an hour, however, I was a walk in patients and did not ha e an appointment. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. It is awkward for it was my first time to have to pee in a cup for employment. And there is no sink in the bathroom to wash your hands afterwards. I was informed this is because of the nature of the visit. All in all it was a good experience.

I was a walking and I walked in for a drug screen requested by my potential employer and the receptionist not only allowed me to come and walk in extremely late she took care of my drug screen in 15 minutes I was in and out during the check-in process not only did she assist me I watched her so three other patients issues and executed with professionalism knowledge Grace in a very efficient manner. She was amazing I wish I got her name but she is definitely a success for this company

I have never done any drugs in my life, but this thing made it look like I do. it came back positive for opioids and morphine, a substance that naturally occurs in poppy seeds, which I ate on two “everything bagels” for lunch the previous day. Poppy seeds have enough codeine and morphine that naturally are in them that it triggered this false positive. I am just disappointed that the test can’t differentiate from a person who naturally consumes it through food, or malicious illegal use of a substance. I can’t believe that an everything bagel could be the cause of a bump in the road for me getting a job. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for an “accurate” lab test to see if it was naturally consumed through food, or ingested some other way, in which I have no idea how.

I only came here cause if my drug screen - staff/front desk was not friendly. They were abrasive - seem like if given a choice they would decline people coming in 15 min before closing time. My procedure would probably be one of the quickest but was being told they were closing soon incase I wanted to come back if unneeded more time. Just came across wrong.

Had a random urine drug screen and Kristen was great! She was professional, prompt and had a smile on her face. I only put a 3 for wait time because when I checked in I told receptionist I really had to pee and was told the only thing she could do was let me use the bathroom and give me a bottle of water. My wait was only about 25 min but by then I was pacing and about to wet my pants.

Everything went off without a hitch. The only problem I ran into was trying to explain to the receptionist that the paperwork I presented her was sufficient for getting a pre-ordered drug test. It took me going home, printing up proof of the above conversation and coming back to help her to understand the situation. I'm glad I didn't live far. Once the matter was cleared up, everything went well.

I booked my appointment for a pre-employment drug screen a day in advance, arrived 15 minutes early and still had to wait almost an hour just to pee in a cup and sign a few forms. I understand that some patients with legitimate health concerns had to be seen immediately but it also forced me to sit in a waiting room for a prolonged period with people who may have been Covid positive. I wish to commend everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with today.When I was faced with what at first seemed like a no-win situation (major traffic congestion from Route 95 that eventually spilled over to Route 1 North). After 2 calls attempting to find some type of solution, I was eventually transferred to the Fettle office and once there an exception was made which aided me to come in for the drug screening part of my physical (for I wanted to ensure that I was well hydrated to not add on any additional time, so while driving to the location I had dranked 5 bottles of water). Afterwards I was added to the list of other waiting patients and within1-2 hours, my physical was completed and I was able to walk out with my paperwork in hand. I was sent to this facility for regularly scheduled company drug testing. I do not feel it was appropriate to request more personal information than was necessary for this test on separate ‘Doc’s In’ form/s; especially where the test was company paid. When asked what happens to my information, I got vague incomplete answers. This experience leaves me with a bad feeling as to what will happen as a result.

The wait was really long didnt leave until almost 5 pm..lots of Walmart drug tests that day...back of house was very awesome...woman at the front desk on the other hand took her attitude out on customers and was later complaining to someone on her cellphone she couldnt leave because we were all there 5 of us total.very rude disrespectful to an elderly woman who questioned why someone who showed up after all of us got to go when it was her turn.. If I wouldn't have been there to get a drug test for a job I would shut that woman down quickly...customer service
